Bob Green is a Managing Director of business development and recruiting at Adam James International.  Bob has over twenty years of experience in contingent and retained search and has developed a diverse client base to help identify and hire leaders predominantly in the CFO’s organization. Prior to joining Adam James in 2010, Bob was an Assistant Vice President with Ajilon where he built, trained and mentored high performing teams.  Prior to Ajilon, Bob worked for Olsten Financial (a division of Olsten Corporation) which was later acquired by Adecco ADS in 2000. Bob describes himself as a recovered accountant having worked for Andersen and served as a controller for a building materials and distribution company.  He has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
