Jenny Bassham

Principal; CPA

Jenny joined the Adam James International (AJI) team in August 2022 and is new to recruiting as a profession but has done extensive recruiting for her own accounting teams throughout her career as a CPA.  In her role with AJI, she completes retained executive searches primarily in accounting and finance for private equity backed and publicly owned national and multinational companies.

Prior to joining Adam James, Jenny was the Vice President of Accounting at Exclusive Resorts, a privately owned luxury hospitality company.  Jenny spent 18 years with Exclusive Resorts leading the accounting team, establishing and maintaining accounting processes. Before hospitality accounting, she spent two years leading internal audits for Pepsi Bottling Group and nearly 5 years with KPMG performing audit and risk advisory services.  She has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas and an active CPA license in the state of Colorado.
