Kim Lorenzo is an Executive Recruiter at Adam James International and brings with her a demonstrated history of working in the staffing and recruiting industry.  Kim has thirteen years of experience in partnering with a diverse client base to help identify and hire senior level finance and accounting executives on a national basis.  Prior to joining Adam James, Kim served as a division director in the Irvine, California offices of Robert Half International.  Before recruiting, Kim began her career in an operational accounting capacity within the property management industry.  Her specialty areas include: attracting and developing top talent, coaching and mentoring. Kim is skilled in retained search, executive search, staffing and business development.
