Roni Henderson is a Principal at Adam James International. She brings 15 years of executive recruiting experience in retained search as well as internal, corporate recruiting for some of Denver’s Fortune 500 companies including Newmont Mining, Western Union and Arrow Electronics. Prior to recruiting, Roni worked in the supply chain industry.

Utilizing her extensive background, Roni specializes in executive searches pertaining to human resources, operations, legal, accounting and finance leadership positions.

She earned her Master in International Business from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee and Bachelor in Science in Business Administration in Logistics from The Ohio State University.
